For this project I created a group of images in the style of famous artists but incorporated the National Lottery crossed fingers logo. These were offered for sale at £13 worth of Lottery tickets. At the end of the show, I scratched all the cards - outcome? I lost half of the value. The show was in response to lottery funding criteria for the arts and the fact that the poorest in society pay the highest percentage of their income on scratch cards.
